The processing dimension

Multilayer advantages in processing.

State-of-the-art application technology.

The PANADUR system uses two different procedures for applying our highly reactive coating materials. As a consequence, we can achieve wide-ranging surface designs.

In-Mould-Coating (IMC).

In-Mould-Coating is a procedure during which materials are coated while being moulded. By choosing the appropriate coating technique the highly reactive PANADUR 2K IMC is moulded.

Subsequently, the carrier material is processed into the open or closed form. After the reaction, the moulding is removed from the tool.

The result is a component with a finished surface which – depending on the nature of the form – can be high gloss, matte or structured. In-Mould-Coatings can be combined hassle-free with many moulding methods like injection moulding, casting method, extrusion or foaming technology.

Intelligent Top Coating (ITC).

Intelligent Top Coating (ITC) is a procedure in which the surface is coated with a polyurea-based coating material that is both environmentally friendly and free of solvents.

By choosing the appropriate paint coating technique the highly reactive PANADUR 2K ITC is applied to the object. A pretreatment might be necessary depending on the substrate.
