Dr. Moch holds a PhD in solid-state physics and has worked in leading positions at various research institutions, unions and corporations, including at the faculty for natural sciences (Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg) and at IST Ionen Strahl Technologie GmbH. His most recent positions before joining PANADUR were in consulting for research into vacuums and in the field of polymer research as head of the Harzer Centre for Innovation at tti Magdeburg GmbH. Dr. Moch has been active in the field of nano structuring of polymeric surfaces for ten years.  

Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Peter Rose is the Head of Sales at PANADUR GmbH. After completing his technical training and a degree from the Technische Hochschule Köthen by distance learning, Rose gained experience in various technical departments of the former Chemiekombinat Bitterfeld. From 1992 to 2001, he held managerial positions in sales of technical machines and plants. Over the last ten years, he was the Key Account Manager in the premium customer automotive division at the company Altmärker Kunststoff-Technik GmbH in Gardelegen.

After completing a universitiy degree in business administration, Roland Becker began his career as the Head of Commercial Administration at the plant engineering company Druckluft- und Prüftechnik GmbH in Magdeburg. He later worked at the Fraunhofer Society as the Assistant Director of Administration for the institute in Magdeburg, as well as the head of main accounting, finance and controlling unit at the nitrogen plant Piesteritz. At PAANDUR, Becker is responsible for all company commercial administration affairs.
